Comprehensive Domestic Violence Retreat

Join us for this two and a half-day CLE at Ninepipes Lodge in the beautiful Mission Valley. It’s a 45-minute drive from Missoula; 90 minutes from Kalispell. The CLE will be 10 general credits, including 2.5 ethics credits, approved by the Montana Bar. We will submit attendance sign-in sheets and materials to the Montana Bar on your behalf so you need only attend.

This program is designed for attorneys whose cases commonly involve domestic violence, including, but not limited to, criminal, divorce, child custody, guardianship, and conservatorship cases. 

You'll be introduced to a variety of useful skills to work these difficult cases. Both academic and experiential teaching techniques will be used to give you a solid, basic understanding of various topics, from the interpersonal dynamics and behaviors of domestic violence to mediating these challenging cases.
